Estas fotos fuero tomas durante la conferencia IEEE PESC 1997 [↗], que fué la segunda a la que fuí y en cual participamos con un artículo "Random modulation in inverters feeding induction motors" (Doval, J.; Nogueiras, A.; Eguizabal, L.; Penalver, C.M.;) [↗].
La recuerdo especialmente porque fué la primera conferencia en que además de las actas impresas en papel (dos o tres tomos como guías telefónicas), nos dieron un CD con la documentación en PDF.
También por el calor que hacía, y la cara que ponían los camareros cuando pedíamos un capuchino. De aquellas nos servían un café con leche.
This series of photos where taken during the IEEE PESC 1997 [↗] , in wich we published a paper "Random modulation in inverters feeding induction motors" (Doval, J.; Nogueiras, A.; Eguizabal, L.; Penalver, C.M.;) [↗].I have good memories of this conference, as the organizers give us a CD with all documents, together with the printed proceedings. It was my second conference.
Also the hot weather, and the bizarre face of all the waiter when asking for a capuchino. On these days they serve us a simple coffe with milk.
